If any person have dream to live longer, healthier life, take Vegetarian diet and throw the Non-vegetarian foods away. In the latest research conducted this year. It has been found that vegetarians live longer than the person who intakes Non-veg foods. After the research with about 70000 mens and womens over six years, researchers said that who follows vegetarian lifstyle enjoyed 12% lesser risk of death than Non-Vegetarian.

The participants were divided into 5 diet groups such as Non Vegetarian, Semi Vegetarian, Lacto-ovo-Vegetarian,Vegetarians and Pescatarians. It was found that the person who intakes vegetarian tended to be older and more highly educated and more likely to be married.

They are also more likely to drink alcohol less, smoke less. exercise more and be slim. And also in the concluding the research it also found that the person who are vegetarian has lower risk of death. It aslo prevent form heart disease.
