Sharapova Enters the Fourth Round in French Open

Defending Champion Maria Sharapova clinched a win over China's Zheng Jie by sets 6-1 and 7-5. World No 2 Maria Sharapova victory against The World No 43 Zheng Jie. The third round clash which witnessed 11 breaks of serve.

But the 26 years old Sharapova has work to do after firing down 34 unforced errors, an ugly tally which was atleast partially soothed by her 25 winners.

Sharapova is playing her 11th French open, Had reached the third round for the loss of 9 games and seemed on course for another routine win on Saturday (1 June 2013). 4 Breaks of serve helped her to the first set.
