Cauliflower Kuruma - Indian Spicy Foods

Requried Items:

Cauliflower 1 Medium Size
Onion 1 Piece
Tomato 1 Piece 
Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilly 2 Piece
Coconut Gratings - 2 Table Spoon
Sambar Powder - 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Khus Khus (Poppy Seeds) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Salt - As per Your Taste
Coriander Leaves - 2 or 3 plants

How to Prepare Cauliflower Kuruma (Indian Dish)
  • Chop the cauliflower into tiny or small pieces and put that in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Filter the water out and keep it on side. 
  • Now chop the onion and tomato into small pieces
  • Grind the coconut with green chillies and khus khus to a fine paste type mixture
  • Take a Kadai (Fry Pan) pour oil and heat that. 
  • When it is hot add onion which you chopped earlier and fry till it become a mixture.
  • Now add the ginger and garlic paste to the mixture in Kadai.
  • Now you add the tomato which you chopped earlier.
  • Add sambar powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  • Now fry the components and keep it on sim for few minutes.
  • Then add the coconut paste into the kadai along with the requried water.
  • Then allow that to boil for few minutes (3-4min)
  • Add coriander leaves and get it for serve.

Now you can serve that with Bread, Chapati, Naan. If it is hot it will be fabulous.
