New Receipe 'Vegetable Uppuma' Indian Foods

Vegetables is better than non-veg Foods. For increasing the weights of body many peoples having the behavior having Non-Veg. But the Non-Veg foods will increase the content of fat in the body, so having much of vegetable will give health with increasing life span.

Requirement for Vegetable Uppuma

Wheat Rava - 2 Cups
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Carrot, Beans, Green Pea as Requried
Potato Boiled (Cursed) - 1 Cup
Tomato - 2 Piece
Small Onion - 50 Grams
Green Chilli - 2 Piece
Mix of Garlic and Ginger - 1 Teaspoon
Coconut sliced - 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Power - 1/4 tablespoon
Lemon Juice - 1 Table Spoon
Oil and Salt - As Requried
Curry leaf, Coriander leaf - As Requried
Mustard Seed - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Bengal Gram - 1 teaspoon

Preparation
  •  Take a fry pan (kadai) and pour oil and put Mustard seed and Cumin Seeds. Put the chopped small onion and fry it, later add ginger, chilli, garlic chopped coconut, salt and turmeric power.
  • After frying those later add the chopped tomato, then add the chopped vegetables, potato mix and make it as half boil. 
  • Add water as much as needed and add the rava and mix it. Before finishing add curd, and mix that. Drizzle the chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves on uppama.

Tips about Above Dish:
                                      It have much nutrition, so it also can be intake by the person who in diet. It has no calories.
