Playboy Slammed Harper's Bazaar for Reproducing Kate Moss Pics

Playboy Enterprises International has slammed Hearst publishing with a lawsuit claiming its Harper's Bazaar website reproduced a picture of Kate Moss without consent.

The picture was part of the 40-year-old's cover spread which was featured in Playboy's 60th anniversary special and the website also gave a link that said "see the rest of the decidedly not safe for work images here", the New York Post reported.

According to the suit, those who clicked on it were sent to another site, which showed nine n*de photos of Moss used by Playboy with a caption saying "here is Moss' NSFW spread from Playboy.

Playboy has asked for 150,000 dollars for each infringed work.
