Kriti Sanon was born in a family of professionals. Her father Rahul Sanon is a charted accountant, her mother Geeta Sanon is an associate professor at the Delhi University and she has an younger sister named Nupur Sanon.

Kriti Sanon is an Indian model, actress, and an accomplished Kathak dancer. In January 2014, she is making her debut opposite Mahesh Babu in highly anticipated Telugu movie One.

Kriti Sanon was born in New Delhi. Her father is a Chartered Accountant. Her mother is an Associate Professor at the Delhi University. Kriti did her schooling from Delhi Public School, R.K Puram

She has Completed Bachelor of Technology in Electronics, from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.

She has modeled for Ritu Beri, Suneet Varma and Niki Mahajan. She then appeared in television commercials, endorsing brands like Close Up, Vivel, Amul, Samsung and Himalaya. She modeled for Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week 2010, held in Mumbai. In 2012, she appeared in Chennai International Fashion week and India International Jewelry week.

In 2014 (January 10), she is making her debut opposite Super Star Mahesh Babu in One (Telugu) in Tollywood. And in Bollywood, in 2014 she will make debut opposite Tiger Shroff in Heropanti, the remake of 1983 film Hero.
