The continuous rainfall in Uttarakhand has now hit cricketer too. Harbajan Singh was one of the pilgrims to be stranded at the upper reaches of Uttarakhand  due to land slide and heavy rain. The spinner, who was on holiday found himself in a spot, but with the help of the Indo-Tibetan Bordar Police, he has now found a shelter at a camp in Joshimath.

Off-spinner tweets that "Hey guys I am fine with the grace of baba ji. Its been raining quite a lot here though lots of people are struck. requesting government 2 rescue the people". With the meteorological department predicting more rains, the situation is likely to be more volatile in the next 24 hours.

Having faced a troublesome time, the spinner, however, thanked the Indo-Tibetan Boder Police for rescuing them. "Hi guys thank you for ur prayers and wishes. We are ok in joshimatt uttarakhand still raining though may god bless us all" Harbajan added in his tweets. Source TOI
