Here’s is a quick look at the specs of the new Lumia flagship device:
Processor, RAM, Space: It comes with a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 32GB of internal storage (7GB free OneDrive cloud storage) and 2GB of RAM.
Screen size: The Lumia 930 has a 5-inch screen with ClearBlack OLED Display technology. The screen is full HD and has a 1920 x 1080 resolution. The pixel density is 441ppi. It also comes with Nokia’s Super sensitive touch which ensures that you can use the screen even when you have gloves on. The fact that its made of Gorilla Glass 3 ensures that the screen will remain scratch-free.
Camera: The camera is a 20-megapixel PureView camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and ZEISS optics to achieve pin-sharp shots. The front camera is a little disappointing and is only 1.2 MP. It can however shoot and record in HD mode.
According to Nokia, the new flagship has some great features for video recording and comes with four microphones. Nokia says this allows directional recording, which enhances the clarity of sound.
The camera also has the single-finger zoom feature to allow users to zoom in without using both their hands. Nokia 930 also comes with integrated Dolby Surround Sound.
Battery, Connectivity: The device has a LTE quad-band chip and Bluetooth 4.0 LE. The 930 has a 2420 mAh battery with built-in wireless charging. The maximum talktime Nokia is promising on 2G is 11.5 hours and 15.5 hours on 3G
Design: Nokia Lumia 930 has an aluminium frame, and a curved polycarbonate back. It comes in the following colour options: bright orange, bright green, black and white.
The Nokia Lumia 930 is priced at $599 before taxes. It will be available from June – beginning in Europe, Asia, India, Middle East and Latin America – and will continue to rollout throughout the world except the US.(Tech2)
