The trailer of Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha's upcoming film 'Holiday' directed by A.R. Murugadoss has released and the same has brought back memories of the Salman Khan starrer 'Ek Tha Tiger' and Saif Ali Khan's 'Agent Vinod'.

While Saif's attempt at donning the agent hat wasn't quite successful, Salman's film 'Ek Tha Tiger' starring Katrina Kaif got great success at the box office. 'Ek Tha Tiger' easily entered the magical Rs 100 crore club while another secret agent Vinod failed to leave a lasting impression.

Trailer of the film 'Holiday' looks promising and has the usual Akshay Kumar stamp of action and comedy. The film is a remake of the 2012 Tamil blockbuster 'Thuppakki' that had Vijay and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles.

Akshay's 'Holiday' is all set to clash with Akshay Devgn's 'Action Jackson' directed by Prabhudheva that has been recently involved in a controversy surrounding its title.(TOI)
