The main ingredients are a glass of white rice, 2 segments of turmeric or saffron, and 5 segments of ginger

Ways of making

The rice is soaked in water for 8 hours. Thinly slice the turmeric and ginger after the outer skin is removed. Mix the soaked rice with the slices of turmeric and ginger, then finely crush the mixture on a board by grinding it using a bottle. Make small balls of the mixture and dry them under direct sunlight.

Ways of Using:
Take two or three dried balls of the mixture and melt them in a small bowl by adding some boiled water. Use the liquid as masker and leave it to dry. After a while, rinse with cold water. Do this at night before going to sleep.
