Good Diet Plan for Keeping Fit and Reduce Weight

Every person in this modern world is struggling to keep the body fit and slim. Due to the busy environment the problem occurs to most of the peoples around the world.

Don't worry we had a diet plan which helps you to keep fit and slim and also to reduce weights. This is form BW,  the diet plan says that the person should have food normally for 5 days and reduce to 1/4 for 2 days (non consecutive days). The plan specifies that 500 calories for women and 600 calories for men for those 2 days.

This diet plan 5 Days v/s 2 Days says that if it is followed for 6 weeks plan then the person will get Bikini Body form the source. This is majorly followed by the western peoples and it works. But the Indian nutritionists are not convinced.

One major Nutritionist from North said " This plan will sound good to a layman, but in reality, it is a fault approach. If the 1/4th of the normal food being 600 for men and 500 for women, then the normal days will be consumed at 2400 and 2000 per day. This plan is being itself wrong because every pupil's energy consumption rate may be according to the factor like age, height, gender, body frame etc. The diet on 30 minutes of exercise for 3 days a week will reduce weight rather than diet alone. 

Another nutritionist said that if this diet is followed by a person it is difficult to sustain. She said " If you are going to eat 1/4th of the normal consumption for two days, it will increase your craving for food for rest of the days. It also lead to an unhealthy situation and affects blood pressure and sugar levels. This diet is not enough to handle because the body is not designed for such schedule.

This diet is on western concept will become harmful for our Asian Peoples. If this diet is followed by Asian Peoples definitely they will gain weight immediately if they breaks the diet rules.

Just have exercise half an hour a day it will definitely may your body bikini and keep your body fit for ever.
