How to Nadi Suddhi? Steps to do Nadi Suddhi

Follow the below steps to do Nadi Suddhi:
  • Close your eyes.
  • Relax the entire muscles of your body.
  • Focus on each and every breath of yours.
  • Lift your right hand and shape the fingers into Pranayama Mudra. [The thumb, ring finger, and small finger will be stretched out while the index finger and middle fingers rest on the palms.]
  • Let the left palm remain in Yoga Mudra.
  • Using the right thumb, close the right nostril completely.
  • Using the small finger and ring finger of the right hand, close the left nostril.
  • Relax the right thumb allowing the opening of right nostril.
  • Exhale completely, while keeping the left nostril closed.
  • Now, inhale deeply via the right nostril and quickly close it with the thumb.
  • Relax the ring and small fingers to open the left nostril.
  • Exhale completely via the left nostril.
  • Keeping the right nostril closed, inhale deeply via the left nostril.
  • Blocking the left nostril now, open the right nostril, exhale slowly and completely.
