Amala Paul got engaged to director AL Vijay Photos

Actress Amala Paul got engaged to director AL Vijay on Saturday [Jun 7] at a church in Aluva. The yet-to-be-wedded couple who were in love from quite sometime exchanged the rings in the presence of director Lal Jose, GV Prakash, Saindhavi and several of their colleagues and friends from the industry.

The 22-year-old actress who has started her career in Malayalam film industry carved a name for herself also in Kollywood and Tollywood. At the same time, director Vijay who has assisted acclaimed director Priyadarshan been a successful director with films like Kireedam, Madrasapattinam, Deiva Thirumagal, Thaandavam and Thalaivaa.

Meanwhile, the renowned actress has decided to stay away from acting after entering the wed-lock and spend her ample time with family.

Amala, Vijay's wedding ceremony will be held on June 12 in Chennai.(W2M)
