Ingredients for Preparing Palak Aloo Pakoda:
- 2 cups of large peeled and cubed potatoes
- 2 cups roughly chopped spinach
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 cup besan
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons coriander crushed
- 1 teaspoon amchur
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
- Water as per requirement
- Oil to fry
Procedures to Prepare Palak Aloo Pakoda:
- Mix all the dry ingredients - besan, rice flour, coriander, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt, amchur, and asafoetida in a bowl.
- Now add the cubed potatoes, chopped spinach, and green chilies into the dry mix, add water as per requirement to make soft dough.
- Now heat some oil in a pan to deep fry the pakora. Make small dumplings of the dough and fry them until brown.
