Shruti to Romance Mahesh Babu in Mani Rathinam's Next

Beautiful actress Shruti Hassan's dream seems to become true in near future as her favorite director Mani Ratnam's team has approached the actress to play Mahesh Babu's heroine in their upcoming film.

Sources close to Kamal Haasan's daughter says, last week Mani Ratnam's team had talks with Shruti Haasan and she is absolutely happy with the deal and interested to be part of the bilingual film. But Shruti is yet to sign the dotted line as she is lined up with four films in her kitty.

Meanwhile, Mani Ratnam is busy finalizing the cast and crew for this untitled film. Isaipuyal AR Rahman will once again join hands with Mani Ratnam for this upcoming film and the director is in talks with Telugu star Akkineni Nagarjuna and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to play the other lead roles in the movie.
