Salala Mobiles (Malayalam: സലാല മൊബൈല്‍സ്) is a 2014 Malayalam romantic comedy film written and directed by debutant Sharath A. Haridaasan, starring Dulquer Salmaan, Nazriya Nazim and Jacob Gregory. The film is produced by Anto Joseph under the banner of Anto Joseph Film Company and features music composed by Gopi Sunder, whilst cinematography is handled by Satheesh Kurup and is edited by Xian. Lyrics have been done by Santhosh Varma, Alankode Leelakrishnan, B.K. Harinarayanan and Sharath A. Haridaasan.The movie is setup to release on 24 January, 2014.

Story of Salala Mobiles

The film is a beautiful love tale which takes place between a mobile shop owner and a girl who is a regular to the shop. The film is a fun film which shows the attempts of the boy to find the whereabouts of the girl and to woo her.

Production Detail of Salala Mobiles Malayalam

Sharath A Haridaasan, who had been working behind the screen for the last 13 years as a scriptwriter, short-film director, editor and producer is gearing up to undertake a project which can be a big step in his career. His directorial works include 'The Dominion', 'The Rituals of Fire' and few other short wildlife films in Africa(Kenya). ‘Salala Mobiles’ will be his first commercial movie. Sharath who directed an advertisement for Kalyan Jewellers in 2004 with actor Mammootty, is directing his son Dulquer Salmaan for his debut movie after 9 years. Sharath also owns two companies; Watercolor Pictures and Brand Pinaki Integrated Media which is having offices at Dubai, Chennai and Kozhikode. Sheikh Elahi was initially chosen to direct music, giving importance to Sufi music.But he was later replaced with Gopi Sunder.



Filming 
 
The shoot of the film had begun on 17 August 2013 at Kozhikode. The film's primary shooting locations were Kozhikode, Kodungaloor, Kottayam and Coimbatore. The first schedule of shooting of 'Salala Mobiles' ended on 10 September. The second schedule started on 25 September after a 14 day break, and went on till mid October.
