Creating a good habits for ourselves that lead to better healthy life is not that difficult, you do not need to go that far especially until spend a lot.

All can be done with just the help of the environment around us. Key is a strong and consistent. In fact there are at least 35 good habits that will impact on a better life. Good habits will also provide health impacts, such as the heart.

Quoting from genius, good habits are not too difficult to do it is.

1. Sleep and wake up at the same time each day.
2. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time, your body will thank you for it.
3. At least 8 hours of sleep a night.
4. Before going to bed, took a short walk and some fresh air.
5. Drink at least 1500 ml of water per day.
6. Try eating fruits, vegetables and whole grains every day.
7. Wash your feet with cold water to boost immunity.
8. Surfing on the internet is no more than an hour a day.
