Arya and Vijay Sethupathi's Next Movie Purampokku Started Shoot

The photo shoot towards the promotion of  Purampokku, an upcoming movie directed by S.P. Jhananathan  was carried out on December 1st, 2013. 

The above picture describes the determination of two vibrant actors, who are often applauded for their choice of scripts. During the photoshoot, Arya, with his usual tongue in cheek humour  was found asking Vijay Sethupathy ' Who is the purampokku among us , is it you or me?'  Vijay Sethupathy  jocularly responded saying 'it could be you ,or may be myself.'

The Director S.P.Jhananathan intervened at this point and said 'Anything that is useful to the general public or anybody who is useful to the public is Purampokku and it is upto you to decide with in yourself who is that 'Purampokku'.

Dhananjayan of  UTV Motion Pictures laughed at the wise humour and it apparently spread like fire. Everybody in the sets were found laughing.

The first schedule of ' Purampokku' will commence from January in Kullu Manali. The movie will be the maiden production venture of Director S.P.Jhananathan's Binary pictures .



Arya and Vijay Sethupathi recently did a photo shoot for their upcoming film Purambokku, directed by Jhananathan. We hear that they forged an instant friendship during the photoshoot that left the crew overjoyed. "It's not only the chemistry between the hero and heroine that matters. Chemistry can work between any two characters," says director Jhananathan.

He adds, "I had apprehensions before casting two leading heroes in my film. I feared there might be some ego clashes. But, I feel a lot of relief after seeing the way Vijay and Arya bonded during the shoot."

The crew is headed to Kullu Manali in January with Vijay and Arya. Says the director, "Though there are two heroes, there will be only one female lead. We're yet to finalize that."
