Happy New Year is under the direction of Farah Khan, Featuring Shah Rukh Khan, is been gossip since its announcement. Latest bubbles that the actor Prithivraj, who has already roped for Aiyyaa and Auragzeb, is now roped for Happy New Year.

Prithivraj having the busy schedule and he now managing the dates for the shooting for Happy New Year. He said "Happy New Year may be my next film in Bollywood. Director approached me for it and we will discussed the story. I have being worked out my dates for that movie. The team will engaged in shooting in month of September 2013."
