Requirements for Preparing Mushroom Curry
Mushrooms - 250 - 300 Grams
Onion Big - 1 Choped
Garlic - 2 Cloves
Potato - 1 Chop into Small Squares
Mustard Paste - 2 Table Spoons
Poppyseed Paste (Khas Khas in Hindi, Kasa Kasa in Tamil, Gasa gasalau in Telugu, Gasa Gasa in Kannada) - 1 Table Spoon 
Green Chillies - As you Requried
Mustard Oil

How to Prepare Mushroom Curry (South Indian Receips)
  • Chop the mushroom into small slices.
  • Add 1 table spoon mustard oil in a pan and fry that with some salt and turmeric power.
  • Keep them aside, now fry the sliced potatoes and keep that aside.
  • Now add some mustard oil in the pan and when the oil id hot add garlic and fry till it turn golden.
  • Then add the sliced onions and fry that also till they turn golden brown and add some salt, turmeric powder and add the chopped green chillies.
  • Then add the fried potatoes and the mushroom into that content.
  • Fry them for a while and then add some water to it. When the water comes to boiling stage add mustard paste and poppy seed paste to it.
  • Cook them until the potatoes are cooked well and before you turn off your stove add some mustard oil to it.
  • Serve with Rice or Chapati or Naan or Roti as your taste matches.
