Most of the people spend money to have food outside but nobody interested to prepare self food in this modern world. As they are busy with office and studies they can't arrange the time for cooking.
Here is a recipe which can be prepared in 15 to 20 minutes of time and also side dish for Poori, Chapathi and many more ie. Chana masala it is a famous food item in North India.
Requried Items :
Big onion - 2 Piece
Soaked and Cooked (Boiled) Chana 1.5 Cups
Tomato if Large 1Piece if Small 2 Piece
1/2 Table Spoon of Channa Masala/ Garam Masala and kalpasi
1/2 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic and 1/2 Teaspoon of minced Ginger
Little Coriander Leaves
1Teaspoon of Chilli Powder
1 or 2 Table spoon of Oil
Salt for your taste

Preparation Steps:
- Take a fry pan (Kadai) pour some 1 to 2 table spoon of oil.
- After oil got heated put the chopped onion and fry till turn golden.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger into that.
- Fry that for about 30 minutes
- Add kalpasi, garam masala.
- Add tomato and fry that till it get soft.
- Cool the above prepared thing till it become paste.
- Take the same pan and put the chana by adding the chilli powder, salt and some water.
- Bring to boil in simmer for few minutes.
- Add coriander leaves which you chopped.
